Finally, the White House Liaison is responsible for coordinating with the White House for tickets to special events available to appointees and their families.
These events can include:
- Easter Egg Roll
- Rose Laying at Arlington National Cemetery
- 4th of July
- Sports teams visiting the White House
- Trick or Treating at the White House
- Decorating for Christmas
- Miscellaneous Events like baseball games for appointees
The White House Liaison must find out which political appointees in the agency want tickets and convey these requests to PPO. When tickets are limited, they are administered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
